DUALMAT Static Dissipative Two-Layer Rubber
®
ACL’s dissipative mats conform to strict ESD requirements and meet electrical and
environmental industry standards including RoHS and ANSI/ESD S20.20. Dualmat is
a heavy-duty, ESD-safe rubber material. This two-layer, industrial-grade elastomer is
dissipative on the top or colored side and conductive on the bottom side. The chemically
cross-linked bonding process prevents delamination. The soft textured surface offers
comfortable protection from static discharge, parts slippage, and UV light damage.
Rapid and safe drain allows static to decay in .05 seconds. Dualmat is suitable for use in
cleanrooms due to low outgassing and VOC.

This heavy-duty, ESD-safe rubber material is also available in durable tray liners with
rounded edges (without snaps).
