Product Selection Guide

3M Humidity Indicator Cards (HICs) are printed with moisture sensitive spots which respond to various levels of humidity with
a visible color change from blue to pink. HICs are used inside vacuum sealed (dry-packed) moisture barrier bags to monitor
the interior humidity level. When the bag is opened, the card can be examined to verify proper dryness inside the bag.

Desiccant works by absorbing airborne moisture remaining inside a bag after vacuum sealing, and helps to capture moisture
that passes through the bag material. 3M Desiccant is packed inside white non-woven plastic or brown kraft paper pouches,
and is shipped in sealed pails or drums.
